2025 Maple Season is in full swing

So far the 2025 Maple season has been better than last year. A lot more sap this year and we currently have 3 batches finished. I don't think that we will have a Delicate Amber batch this year, everything seems to be a bit darker in general. Still waiting for the end of the season and the bottling process to start. Our last 2 batches look very similar in color, but we will have to see what everything grades at once we are done. I can say that every batch so far has had a wonder fun Maple Flavor. I am anxious to see how they compare when it comes to taste. I believe we will probably have 1 more batch before the season is over.
